For your convenience, our website allows you to manage your account. This includes but is not limited to; reordering, adding items to your favorites list, and accessing other simple functions with the click of a button.
The step by step guide below will help you navigate through your account options easily. Just log in with your email address and password you chose when your account was created. If you have forgot your password please click the “forgot your password” link, provide the required information, and a password reset email will be provided to you right away.
Although the manage your account function was created for your convenience we understand there are times you simply need to talk to a support representative. If you have any questions about the website or are having troubles placing an order, please call your account manager or customer service at 866-465-2855
Upon logging in, you will arrive at your Account Dashboard. Your dashboard will provide a list of recent orders and additional account functions. The right side of your dashboard will allow you to view your order history or simply reorder. If the reorder button is not visible we may not have your item in stock so please contact your account manager or customer service for details. Selecting the reorder link, will automatically populate your cart with your previous order.
The left side of your dashboard allows you update your personal and account details, view your product reviews, update your newsletter subscription status, view and edit your favorite products, and provides access to your previous orders.
Upon clicking the reorder button or navigating the website to add items to your favorites or cart you will be directed to the screen below. Here you will be able to edit the items and quantities you would like to order.
Once you have made your selections please select one of the following options: Proceed to checkout or Paypal

If you have questions about your account, orders, pricing or simply want to chat with a Representative or your Account Manager, you may utilize our Chat function. Click on "Chat Now" button in the right bottom corner of the browser. A new window will pop up, and you will be asked to fill in your name, email and phone. As you are in the chat, you may ask for your Account Representative by simply mentioning their name.
