For your convenience, our system allows you to Re-order and perform other simple functions with the click of a button. By logging in, you have access to your past orders, favorite products, account information, and much more.
The guide below will walk you through the most used links and will help save you time. So instead of calling in, just enter your email address and password and you can re-order in only a few minutes!
In the default login screen - Account Dashboard - you will see the list of recent orders. Right column of the Order table will have links to view the order or to Reorder. Click on Reorder link, and your cart will be automatically populated with your previous order. Note: some order cannot be reordered - this can only happen when the product in the order was discontinued.
To access shopping cart to edit products and quantities, first hover on Cart icon, and click View Cart. You will be able to adjust qtys, and remove products that you no longer wish to purchase.
If you have questions about the order, or simply want to talk to a Representative, or your Account Manager, you may utilize our Chat function. Click on "Chat Now" button in the right bottom corner of the browser. A new window will pop up, and you will be asked to fill in your name, email and phone. As you are in the chat, you may ask for your Account Representative by simply mentioning their name.
