How knowledgeable about the tools they need to do their job? How good are they at doing their job? If your paying an entry level cost, you\u2019re going to get entry-level work. With a premium spot, it\u2019s going to cost you.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Drug Tests-<\/strong> This is an absolute must. Sure the candidate looks good in a suit and tie in the interview, but are his\/her personal habits going to affect your pockets. DO NOT TAKE THAT CHANCE. Prescreening drug tests is a must.<\/p>\n<p><strong>More than 90% of business that run all these tests average a five to ten year loyal candidate. It is always better to get those long termers.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Long-term candidates grow to know your business as much as you if not more, making them the best possible person and what they do. In addition your not wasting your time going through the interview process and training other people every couple of years.<\/p>\n<p>Make sure you do the best possible thing for your business, which is protecting it.
